Marketing Radar appoints Michelle Laverick as head of client services

Customer Relationship Management technology provider Marketing Radar has appointed former HF Holidays head of sales Michelle Laverick as head of client services.

Laverick joins the business, founded in 2002, to support managing director Chris Hazeldene and founders Ray Hazeldene and Deb Merrifield with the next phase of its growth plan.

She said she has worked with the company’s Radar technology solution, and its team, over the past 10 years so has first-hand understanding of how it works.

Laverick, who has previously worked in senior marketing roles for Collette Travel, Wendy Wu Tours, Explore, Inghams and First Choice, said: “I’m delighted to be joining the team, helping to drive the business into the next phase of growth as it transitions into its third decade of operation in 2022.

“The company has excellent values, ambition, vision and drive, and there is tremendous opportunity for growth as the travel industry emerges from the pandemic.
