Protected Trust Services (PTS) will incorporate the cost of signing up for tech firm Travelgenix within the membership cost for new members.
The travel group has partnered with Travelgenix since November and said it has witnessed “tremendous success” in enhancing the online presence of travel businesses.
Now, following “exceptional interest” from members, PTS will integrate the £2,995 + VAT sign-up fee into its membership costs.
It means new members will not have to pay extra for Travelgenix services which turn travel websites into fully interactive, bookable platforms.
Mark Sutton (pictured), PTS managing director, said: “PTS, we’re proud to support incredibly entrepreneurial travel businesses, both start-ups and traders.
“Offering our members a technological solution that allows them to compete with larger players was a crucial goal for us.
“We are delighted to see so many PTS members reap the rewards of signing up with Travelgenix over the past six months.
“It is a game-changer for travel businesses in the UK.”
Andy Speight, Travelgenix chief executive, added: “Since we partnered with PTS in November 2022, we have welcomed and supported some incredible PTS members.
“It’s been fantastic to see them embrace and integrate our technology into their operations.
“We’re witnessing a technology revolution in the travel industry, and it’s clear that a new day in travel is looming.”
