Coach tour specialist Shearings has unveiled its 2023-24 Europe Brochure, featuring 16 new tours and six new river cruises.
The 132-page brochure includes rail experiences, flowers and garden holidays, Christmas market breaks, Alpine escapes and river cruises, all ranging from four days to 16 days.
All holidays include coach travel with more than 500 UK joining points, hotel accommodation with breakfast, and specified excursions.

New tours include the six-night Winter Wonderland in the Austrian Lakes, with visits to Alpine towns Bad Ischl and Hallstatt, and lakes Traunsee, Mondsee and Attersee in the Salkammergut region.
The lead-in price is £679 with a £129 supplement for solo travellers, and includes accommodation, breakfast and four evening meals.
Also new is an all-inclusive Italian and French Rivieras tour. The eight-night itinerary includes visits to Alassio, Cervo, Cannes and Grasse before ending in Monaco.
The lead-in price is £859 and includes accommodation, breakfast, six evening meals, five packed lunches and free selected drinks between 2pm and 10pm.
Shearings’ latest brochure also includes six new river cruises.
The eight-night Romantic Middle Rhine Valley itinerary departs from Cologne and sails south aboard the A-Rosa Brava, visiting Rüdesheim, Strasbourg, Mainz and Koblenz.
The tour includes seven nights of cruising with full board, all drinks on board the ship and one night at a hotel with continental breakfast. The lead-in price is £2,099.
Shearings has launched a £1 deposit campaign to encourage bookings during September and October. Once the £1 deposit is paid, there is nothing else to pay until 28 days before departure for self-drive hotel breaks, and 42 days before departure for coach holidays and river cruises.

“Travel agents are reporting increased demand for coach holidays to Europe. Customers are keen to avoid the possibility of air disruption and all the hassle that goes with air travel.
“On an escorted coach tour, customers board the coach at a convenient local joining point and then relax and enjoy the view.”
