Traveltek has confirmed the departure of global director of revenue Tracy Sharp after five years with the business.

The company thanked Sharp for her “outstanding dedication and achievements”, noting the strong relationships she had built with partners and the role she had played in Traveltek becoming “a market leader in cruise technology”.

Traveltek chief commercial officer Cressida Sergeant said: “This is a challenging opportunity for Hayley and I’m sure she will excel. We thank Tracy for all her efforts in the last five years – her dedication has been immense and we wish her well for the future.”

West will focus on strengthening existing partnerships and creating additional marketing opportunities to drive growth.

She will also lead efforts to expand supplier relationships in a bid to further Traveltek’s goal of “offering the most comprehensive cruise API on the market”.

The API, which connects users and suppliers, offers real-time access to cruise inventory, pricing and content, enabling agencies and operators to search, book and manage cruises for their customers.

Traveltek, which has its head office in Glasgow, operates in the UK, North America, India and Australia.
