Matt Harding (pictured), director of franchise sales at Travel Counsellors, said: “We look forward to seeing how our travel counsellors continue to innovate and succeed together, and we are excited to help even more entrepreneurs launch their businesses with us in the year ahead.”
Travel Counsellors operates across the UK, Ireland, the Netherlands, Belgium, South Africa and the United Arab Emirates, with the UK accounting for around 1,500 of the 2,121 agents.
The company said its recruitment growth coincided with the ongoing investment in homeworkers’ personal development. Over the past year, it added, a total of 330 agents had taken part in dedicated training sessions designed to explore new business opportunities and strategies for success.
In the UK, 59% of Travel Counsellors agents are now using TC Teams to work together on enquiries and bookings.
