Travel Village Group will hold its second annual conference in Cyprus.
Director John Warr made the announcement during the company’s first conference on board MSC Virtuosa over the weekend.
He told agents and suppliers the 2023 conference is likely to take place in November or December and will be “even better than this one”. The agency has secured accommodation with Constantinou Hotels for the duration of next year’s event.
Chief executive Phil Nuttall said: “We are really looking forward to next year’s conference in Cyprus. We have learned a lot from our first conference and there are some things we could probably do better next time so we are excited to see those changes.
“We will need to follow up on this year’s conference and see how far the business grows as a result. I’m excited to see the results and to make next year’s conference even better.”
Travel Village Group has installed dashboards to monitor sales performances from its agents, which it hopes will help streamline the process and increase sales.
Warr said: “As part of our commitment to our partners that supported us at conference we have built dashboards that enable them and our sales force to track new sales following their return from the conference.
“Initial feedback since our return on Monday from our key partners and sales teams is extremely positive. We are now asking for partners to express their interest of joining us by contacting our group commercial manager Richard Cross.”
