Trade trainer UK & Ireland Peter Green encouraged agents to sign up and complete the courses as it will give them the opportunity to be selected for fam trips.

“We have revamped our training portal to include a vast array of media tools such as social ready videos,” said Green.

“With the relaunch, agents will have access to four brand new courses with three more due to go live by the end of the year.

“The platform also features a new badge system, in conjunction with the rewards program, to identify key agents undertaking training and delivering on bookings with the aim to offer them a coveted place on future Malta Academy fam trips.

“We’ll also be launching a new webinar series for 2024.”
