Wendy Wu Tours claims ‘gamechanger’ tech tie-in for agents

Wendy Wu Tours aims to transform how travel agents access and showcase specialist tours with a new tech tie-in.

The collaboration travel technology specialist TProfile is designed to empower agents with high-quality content, including visuals and videos, to inspire prospective customers.

The partnership is expected to streamline operations for agents, providing a seamless customer experience while driving sales growth, according to the Asia specialist operator.

Wendy Wu Tours’ head of trade sales Gary King said: “This partnership is a gamechanger for travel agents.

“By joining forces with TProfile, we are enabling our agent partners to provide an even greater scope of itineraries and travel options, enriched by our extensive touring expertise.

“With access to our high-quality content, agents can now seamlessly inspire customers with the incredible, immersive experiences that Wendy Wu Tours is renowned for.

“This partnership will significantly enhance agent interactions with customers, ultimately driving more sales and creating lifelong memories for travellers.”

TProfile chief sales officer Bhav Taylor added: “We are always gauging, and responding where possible, to agent and operator feedback, and it was clear that there was a strong demand to add Wendy Wu Tours to the TProfile portfolio of products and content.

“Progressive travel businesses and agents are increasingly moving away from using simple tools that are not fit for purpose, or applications that don’t deliver a full tour operator and rich content.

“These old practices are time consuming, inefficient, and often deliver poor customer experience.

“By adopting TProfile, our agent and tour operator partners can create and send out a whole range of complex tours, cruise, multi-centre, and single-centre quotes in less than two minutes.”
