Ice Travel Group and Holiday Extras were among the companies named Best Workplaces in Travel on Monday night.
Holiday Extras pipped Iglu and Royal Caribbean Group to the best large company honour, for companies with more than 250 employees, while Ice Travel Group won the best mid-sized company award, ahead of Simpson Travel and Jacanda.
Global Travel Management won the best small company award, ahead of Holiday Architects and Lusso for companies with 20-49 employees, while the micro company award was won by Luxury Coastal, with Focus Travel Partnership and Mundy Cruising in second and third place.
Holiday Architects won three of six special awards as it was named best company for wellbeing, equitability, and performance and recognition.
Other special awards were won by Saga, which showed significant improvement to win the We Try Harder category, Swim Trek, which won the happiness award, and Luxury Coastal, which won the purpose award.
The Best Workplaces in Travel awards are based on the views of employees and were presented at the offices of Grant Thornton in Central London.
