Human behaviour expert to speak at AWTE event

An expert in human behaviour and cognition has been confirmed as speaker at the first  Association of Women Travel Executives networking event of the year.

Dr Ula Cartwright-Finch, managing director at Cortex Capital, holds an MA and a PhD in psychology, and she practised as an international disputes lawyer for over a decade with two global law firms.

She trains in how to use psychology to enhance business performance.

The event is being held at the The Soho Hotel in London on March 20.

AWTE chair Lindsay Garvey-Jones said: “I am thrilled that Ula has agreed to join us at our upcoming networking event – in person this time.

“Ula is a real inspiration, and we are excited to hear what advice she has for us all about how to manage stress, especially now travel is back following the pandemic.”

She added: “This is our first networking event of 2023 which we are delighted to be hosting this in partnership with the AWTE Benevolent.

“We also have other exciting developments which we will be sharing with our members over the coming weeks in the run up to our AGM in May.

“Our networking drinks are open to members and non-members, and it is a great opportunity to network and catch-up industry colleagues over a glass of wine or two.”
