Leger Holidays has expanded its fleet of Luxuria coaches with four vehicles.
The escorted touring operator now has 11 Luxuria coaches following the addition of the Scania Irizar i8s with built-in entertainment systems, larger screens and more choice of films.
The coaches will join the fleet early next month, following three Luxuria coaches introduced last month.
Each Luxuria coach has double and single seats, including four rows of face-to-face seats with shared tables.
Leger Shearings Group chief executive Liam Race said: “Passenger comfort is our priority across the whole fleet, but the Luxuria coaches really are top of the range.
“By June, seven new Luxuria coaches will be out on the road, and the whole fleet of 11 have full lines of work scheduled in for this year.”
He added: “Demand has fuelled the increase in the luxury coaches, and it is very encouraging and a positive sign that the travel industry is bouncing back.”
Leger customers are also willing to spend more by upgrading their holidays, he added.
