A new Balearic Islands brochure with a focus on luxury holidays has been released by Classic Collection.
Ten of the 12 new properties introduced carry five star ratings to give a total of 81 across Majorca, Menorca and Ibiza, with flights available from up to 27 UK airports.
Agents making bookings will be rewarded with incentives of up to £1,500 per booking paid onto the Classic Black Card – a reloadable Visa card.
Internal sales, product and commercial director Alex Gavalda said: “The gentrification of the Balearic Islands has been underway for a number of years.
“Post-pandemic, the balance seems to have finally tipped with the introduction of brand new luxury product and a high level of investment in remodelling and refurbishing existing hotel stock.
“Palma now has, arguably, the finest selection of luxury boutique hotels anywhere in Spain, and upscale luxury rural tourism in Mallorca has really taken off.
“The countryside and quieter coastal areas have been transformed by luxury villa hotels and boutique properties featuring a focus on well-being and fine dining.
“Similarly, Menorca has quietly been upping its game. Young, affluent visitors to Ibiza are partial to clubbing in style, in addition to pursuing holistic and activity holidays whilst enjoying a burgeoning Michelin-starred dining scene.”
Sir Richard Branson’s rural estate, Son Bunyola Hotel & Villas, is available to book from June 2023 alongside the new-build Kimpton Aysla Mallorca in Santa Ponsa.
Gavalda added: “With affluent customers eager to indulge in the travel luxuries of which they have been deprived for the past couple of years, the introduction of new luxury product to our Balearic Islands brochure is very timely, and our travel agent partners can look forward to enjoying the rewards that these high value bookings bring.”
Printed brochures can be ordered through Tradegate.
