Titan Travel is recruiting a new head of trade sales to replace Edwina Coppock, who will leave the operator after 11 years in October.
Managing director Andy Squirrell expressed his gratitude for Coppock’s work and wished her “every success” in her new key account manager role at Uniworld.
He confirmed the search for her replacement had begun, before reiterating how important the trade was to the escorted touring brand, which is owned by Saga.
“We’re currently recruiting and look forward to welcoming a new head of trade sales to continue Edwina’s great work at building and supporting our trade relations,” he said.
“[Agents] remain incredibly important and embedded in our long-term strategy, alongside our UK area sales managers Sharon Angove, Adam Deane and Michelle Halsey.”
Earlier this year, Squirrell moved quickly to reassure agents that it would continue to work with them after Saga decided to cut ties with the trade.
