Sailing ship line Tradewind Voyages has confirmed a winter programme of Caribbean sailings from Barbados.
The 140-cabin Golden Horizon will run 21 departures between November 11 this year and March 31, 2022.
Cruise-only prices for the seven-night voyages start at £1,799 per person.
Three different Caribbean itineraries have been scheduled after the company had to re-draw its debut winter programme due to the “complexities” of the pandemic in Australia.
‘Safe sailing’ protocols will apply on the world’s largest tall ship, including a “fully vaccinated” policy and free antigen tests before boarding.
In addition to all passengers and crew being double vaccinated, the protocols will also include testing and health screening, responsible social distancing and medical services with qualified staff.
Sales have gone live in both the UK and North America after the line appointed a general sales agent for the region.
Tradewind chief executive Alan McGrory said: “We are thrilled to offer our guests the opportunity to experience the smaller ports of call and to visit so many beautiful destinations in the Caribbean.
“We’re also delighted to open up sales to travellers from North America for the first time, thanks to the appointment of Discover the World as our GSA.
“Once again, we thank our agent partners and their clients for their support and hope that our safe sailing policy will instil further confidence in booking with us.”
