Baldwins Travel is set to open its ninth shop as part of its recent focus on growth in Sussex.
The branch in Haywards Heath, West Sussex, is due to welcome its first customers in mid-to-late September.
Baldwins Travel managing director Nick Marks said he was “thrilled” about the new store, adding: “This marks another significant step in our growth journey, demonstrating our commitment to serving our customers throughout the southeast.”

The business’s first six branches were in Kent, but it expanded into Sussex with the addition of sites in Lewes and Uckfield.
The upcoming Haywards Heath shop continues the “new chapter in the company’s growth journey”, Baldwins Travel said, with further new branches in the pipeline.
The Haywards Heath store will be run in the same vein as the existing branches, Baldwins Travel said, while eco-friendly practices will be followed to help move to a more sustainable future.
The agency, whose head office is in Tunbridge Wells, is one of the oldest in the UK, having been established in 1895.
It triumphed in Travel Weekly’s Agent Achievement Awards 2023, being recognised in the ‘Regional Agency of the Year’ division as the outstanding entrant among small agencies in London and the southeast of England.
