“What makes this award particularly special is that it is driven by the voices of our people. Over the last few years, we’ve been working very hard to develop the culture within our business and we’re really listening to what our colleagues are telling us and implementing positive change.”
She added: “The success of Barrhead Travel is driven by its people – so we want to attract and retain the best talent in the industry. Our inclusion in the Best Companies affirms our active commitment to our colleagues and we can’t wait to thrive together in 2025.”
