Business travel specialist seals deal with Trees4Travel

Business travel and corporate events specialist Easy Avenues has unveiled a partnership with Trees4Travel as part of its drive to offer clients more sustainability options.

The deal means clients can choose to have trees planted for each trip and support green energy investment.

The carbon initiatives also apply to meetings and events.

Trees4Travel’s programmes aim to reduce travellers’ carbon footprint through tree planting in reforestation projects which support communities around the world.

It also supports green energy investment to assist communities in reducing dependence on fossil fuels.

Michelle Roughan, founder of Easy Avenues, said: “We understand that climate change is real and its effects visible and very much look forward to integrating/educating our existing and future clients and taking sustainable travel to the next level.”

Nico Nicholas, chief executive and co-founder of Trees4Travel, commented: “Post-pandemic, responsible practice will be a key definer when choosing to work with a business.

“We are proud to be partnering with a company that clearly puts people at the core of everything it does and demonstrates best practice in the business travel sphere.”

Easy Avenues has clients in sectors such as banking, overseas aid and sports.
