Celestyal has developed a portal for agents in time for the wave period, with training and marketing materials.
The system, called The Celestyal Compass, will include modules on the cruise brand, life on board, key itinerary information, shore excursions and advice on increasing sales.
The first 250 agents who sign up to the platform and complete the Celestyal Campus modules by January 3, 2025, will receive a £20 Amazon voucher.

The cruise line has also redeveloped its consumer-facing website to offer more resources, improved user navigation and a personalised experience.
