HAL partners with Travel Weekly to educate trade about Alaska

Holland America Line has partnered with Travel Weekly on a campaign to educate the trade about Alaska.
The line has been operating in the region since 1947 and will have six ships sailing in Alaska between 2023 and 2025, representing more than half its fleet.

Throughout October, Holland America Line will share sales tips, tools and advice, providing information on itineraries, staterooms, excursions, dining options and Alaskan history. It will also give the trade opportunities to win prizes.

Agents can register to watch sales and marketing director Karen Farndell in a webinar hosted by Travel Weekly editor-in-chief Lucy Huxley on October 16, where the pair will discuss more about the cruise line.

“I’m excited to once again be partnering with Travel Weekly on our new Alaska campaign,” said Farndell.

“With over 75 years’ experience in sailing to Alaska, the whole team is looking forward to sharing with our trade partners what it is that makes HAL a true expert in taking guests to this iconic destination.

“From useful selling tips and insight to a chance to win some incredible prizes, it’s going to be a lot of fun.

“Make sure you sign up for our webinar on October 16 for a chance to find out why we all love HAL-aska.”
