Not Just Travel’s recruitment arm, The Travel Franchise, has been named Best Lifestyle Franchise in the World and Best European Franchise at the Global Franchise Awards 2025.
Co-founder Paul Harrison accepted the accolades at a ceremony in Las Vegas on Tuesday (February 11).
Run by the International Franchise Association, the Global Franchise Awards winners are voted for by a panel of global franchise experts.
The homeworking agency said that the IFA’s decision was based on factors such as The Travel Franchise’s business model and its ability to help franchisees “from all walks of life achieve their personal and professional goals”.
Not Just Travel was founded in 2001, followed by The Travel Franchise in 2012.
The agency now has more than 720 members, with more than one hundred expected to make £1 million-plus in sales in 2025.

Not Just Travel shifts focus from price to service in brand refresh
At the agency’s annual conference in January, Not Just Travel revealed annual sales were up 35% year-on-year in 2024.
Cruise bookings have soared too, comprising just 3.8% of sales in 2019 and rising to about 18% of sales in 2024.
Speaking at the awards ceremony in Las Vegas, Harrison said: “This is a phenomenal result that cements our standing in the homeworking travel franchise market.
“It is the culmination of decades of hard work, determination and commitment to our franchisees as we constantly reinvest in our offer to them.
“This award is a huge testament to the hard work of our incredible team and the amazing consultants we’ve supported along the way. We’ve built a business that is not only about booking holidays; it’s about changing lives.
“Our consultants build their businesses on their own terms – whether that’s full-time, part-time, or just in their spare time.
“Whether from the comfort of their living room or while working from a beach, they can create the lifestyle they’ve always wanted.
“Despite entering the travel industry from outside, it’s the sheer passion and commitment of our franchisees that enable them to lead the travel industry.
“By booking holidays with friends and families first, there is social currency involved. You love the people you’re booking holidays for and so you give the best service, no matter what time in the evening or weekends.
“There is no 9-5 with our consultants – it’s 24/7 and built on valuable relationships.
“That’s our unique offer and it works; evident in how sales growth is outpacing many in the industry.”
