Royal Caribbean International has opened its new $125 million cruise terminal in Galveston, Texas and welcomed Oasis-class ship Allure of the Seas.
The line held a ribbon cutting ceremony to mark the occasion, attended by Royal Caribbean executives, government members and port officials.
The terminal generates all the energy it needs through onsite solar panels and is expected to welcome up to 630,000 holidaymakers each year.
