Heal relinquishes control
Foster appointed as ARTAC MD
ARTAC Worldchoice has appointed Julian Foster as managing director as chairman Colin Heal looks to take a step back from the consortium.Heal denied he was planning to stand down but said he needed to relinquish day to day control.
“I have more responsibilities now I am on the ABTA board and chairman of the the national training organisation,” said Heal. “I am not not planning to stand down from ARTAC but will step back from the day to day control.”
Keith Wilson will replace Foster as commercial director. Meanwhile, Foster will press ahead with plans to outsource ARTAC’s new direct operation after backing from the 20-strong management committee.
