Paltry 1% pay rise increase ‘a complete insult’
I am writing in response to letters that have been printed about Thomas Cook.I too am very disappointed and demotivated having received a 1% pay rise for not reaching unrealistic and sky-high targets.
We also have the new video mystery shop. While I am in favour of mystery shops for feedback, Ibelieve taping us without prior consent to be very underhand and a sign that we are not to be trusted.
We are moaned at to be motivated but I think the management should spare a thought for how motivated they would be with less than £100 a year pay rise. I suspect they receive slightly more.
