Operator ends EDS contract
AIRTOURS has terminated its contract with technology company EDS after a disagreement over plans for a multimillion-pound system.EDSis withdrawing its 250 staff at Airtours’ offices in Helmshore and the Midlands and is considering suing the operator for termination of contract. EDSexecutive director Steve Andre said: “We are working hard with them to ensure there is no disruption.”
Airtours refused to comment.
