The Asia Travel Marketing Association is planning to host a dinner for the first30-40 graduates of its distance-learning training programme which was launched three years ago. The event, which will beco-sponsored by Hyatt, will be held before July but the precise date and venue have yet to be confirmed.

Tradewinds is offering departures through to the end of April 2001 in the second edition of its Worldwide Holidays brochure. Destinations included in the Far East are Thailand, Malaysia, Bali and Lombok, Singapore, Hong Kong, Vietnam and China.

British Airways Holidays has reintroduced escorted tours and beach holidays in India in the second edition of its Worldwide brochure. Its most popular tour is asix-night Legacy of the Raj visiting Delhi, Jaipur and the Taj Mahal which starts at £699 per person including flights, bed and breakfast and sightseeing. Goa beach holidays start at £899 for six nights, including one night in Bombay.
