n menzies chain receives £21.5m bancboston boost
Menzies Hotels has received a £21.5 million cash boost from BancBoston Capital, the private equity arm of the FleetBoston Financial Corporation, which it plans to use to expand its portfolio. The hotel group owns 18 three andfour-star hotels across England. Under the deal US-based BancBoston Capital takes control with a 55% stake.
