Can Lunn Poly really do this?
Back in January, Lunn Poly staff were told that there would be “excellent incentives all year round”.Only top sellers get a pay rise, we were told back in April, which I’m sure the majority of staff weren’t happy about anyway.
Now we find commission is being deducted out of our wages due to customers cancelling for reasons of their own.
Is this really allowed? With no description in our pay packets as to why this has been introduced?
Two years ago, the company was brilliant to work for, now we find ourselves worrying about how much money is being deducted next month and the month after that.
Sorry Lunn Poly, it’s not on.
We would like an answer from someone at Lunn Poly head office explaining how this can happen.
