* P&o Stena line to offer pet insurance
P&O Stena Line is offering travel insurance for cats and dogs carried on its cross-Channel ferries.
The insurance includes emergency vet fees, theft, straying and death from illness or injury. Cover costs £9 for an eight-day trip or £15 for a nine to 24-day trip.

Costa Cruises has slashed the price of a seven-night Mediterranean flycruise by 34% to £579 per person.
The Mediterranean Odyssey cruise on Costa Riviera departs from Cannes on October 10 or 17.
