Operators support mini WTM
OPERATORS have thrown their weight behind a mini World Travel Market organised by a Midlands travel agent.
Journeys Ö la Carté expect around 200 people to attend next Monday’s event which has the backing of 16 operators including Cox and Kings, Caribbean Connection, Prestige, Sunvil and Premier.
Managing director Margaret May said “It will be like a mini WTM and as far as we know it’s the first time a small independent has put on an event of this size. Nearly every geographical area of the world will be represented and most types of holiday and activity will be covered.”
The operators will each have stands, while presentations will be held during the evening.
The event takes place in Uttoxeter Town Hall, starting at 7.30pm.
