P&OTravel is holding talks with further education colleges to set up training courses for people who want to work in business travel.
The corporate travel agency is concerned about the lack of suitable training available at colleges for students who wish to work in business travel.
Managing director Tony Hughes said the firm is in talks with two colleges about setting up a course, likely to be at higher national diploma level.
Hughes said: “We are discussing all options but are not yet sure if we want to run a course just for our company, or to offer training to students.
