I’m sure I speak for many when I say Watchdog editor Mark Killick has a nerve criticising the travel business as he did at the ABTA convention in Kos.
He works for a public organisation that doesn’t even consult its customers about changes – remember the Nine O’Clock News, sports events and quality productions that are free to all to view? And to cap it all, even when Watchdog admit they have it wrong, they fail to provide even an apology. My message to Killick is people in glass houses should not throw stones.
