CO-OP Travel has acquired Manchester-based agency Travelogue
for an undisclosed sum.
The agency has branches in Monton, near Eccles, Irlam,
Manchester and Irlams O’ the Heights, Salford.
All three branches will continue trading as Travelogue for
the foreseeable future and all 16 full-time staff have transferred to Co-op
Travel along with Travelogue partner Alan Townsend, who will run the Monton
outlet as branch manager.
The acquisition gives Co-op Travel a total of 80 branches
across the whole of the North West region.
