GOING
Places in Rochester, Kent, has been robbed of an estimated £10,000 in the
latest of a string of attacks on in Southern England.

Police
believe a large, organised gang, which has contacts in place to dispose of
foreign currency and travellers ‘ cheques, is responsible for the attacks.

They are
looking at links between the latest robbery and a similar incident at a Travel
Choice in Sevenoaks, also in Kent, in which £7,000 in sterling and foreign
currency was taken.

In both
cases, two robbers were spotted escaping in a green L-registered car.
