ROYAL Garden Resort and Marriott International have formed a
joint venture to develop a beachfront resort in Phuket, Thailand.
The project will include a 265-room hotel and 144 Marriott
Vacation Club International timeshare villas.
Opening of the resort, which is on Mai Khao beach, is
scheduled for December 2001.
