ON-LINE agency Ebookers is to seek a listing on the London
Stock Exchange.
The plan was announced as Ebookers released its results for
the year ending December 31, 2000.
The results showed gross sales of £102.2 million for the
year, up from £15.4 million on the previous year. The gross margin for the year
was 11.8%, up 0.4% on 1999 and there were over 25 million visits to the Web
site during 2000, a ten-fold increase.
