Brymon Airways staff quizzed over £1.8 million theft

TWO Brymon Airways staff have been arrested by police
investigating thefts from the airline thought to total £1.8 million.

Two men, a 26-year-old from Axbridge and a 30-year-old from
Ivybridge, were arrested on Saturday at the airline’s Plymouth offices. A
spokesman for Devon and Cornwall police said they have been released on bail
until June 1 while investigations continue.

The two men have not been charged.

A spokeswoman for Brymon Airways, a British Airways
subsidiary, confirmed two members of staff have been suspended while the
investigations are carried out, but would not comment further.
