TELEVISION
travel service Travel Deals Direct is to start auctioning holidays on live TV
following a deal with bid-up.tv.
Bid-up, an
auction channel, and Travel Deals Direct will hold auctions every Saturday and
Sunday throughout June. A total of 20 holidays will be put up for sale each
programme, ranging from short breaks to cruises.
Details of
the holidays and a minimum reserve price will feature as trailers to the
programmes.
