train operator warns passengers of restrictions

TRAIN operator First Great Western is warning customers they
may not be able to travel on the service of their choice over the weekend
unless they have booked in advance.

The company has made a limit to the number of people allowed
to board some trains and a number of services to the West of England are almost
full.

First Great Western has also revealed operations on
Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve will end earlier than usual and there will be
no services on Christmas Day or Boxing Day.
