thomas cook denies flotation reports

THOMAS Cook has denied it is to float on the London and
Frankfurt stock exchanges.

A spokeswoman for the holiday operator described reports that
a £2 billion flotation is on the cards as “absolute rubbish”.

It had been reported the company was planning to float by
early next year at the latest and that Thomas Cook is seeking an investment
bank to underwrite the initial offering.
