SHAREHOLDERS in on-line agency Ebookers approved its £55
million deal to acquire long-haul specialist Travelbag.
The deal was rubber-stamped at an extraordinary general
meeting today.
Ebookers chief executive officer Dinesh Dhamija said he was “delighted”
the deal had gone through.
