COSMOS
has revamped its sales structure to offer more tailored support to individual
agents.

The
shake-up follows the appointment of Brian Young as sales director and the
departure of sales and marketing director David Burdon.

“We
want to be more front-of-mind with our trade partners, which cannot be said of
us at the moment,” said Young, who admitted Cosmos was unlikely to be the first
choice at many agencies.

His aim is for Cosmos to become a preferred supplier
with agents rather than being a third, fourth or even fifth choice.
Face-to-face meetings with partners are planned.
