Magic adds alternatives for repeat visitors

THE Magic Group has introduced lesser known cities in its second-edition Italy programme in a bid to attract repeat bookers.

The historic cities of Ferrara and Ravenna are included in a new section dedicated to smaller cities.

Commercial director Richard Nealon said:”More and more people are repeat visitors to Italy and want something a little different. To respond to this demand we have introduced the section for those who have seen Florence, Rome and Venice and want to visit some of the lesser known cities.” Another new section is Especially Magic which offers a number of secluded properties. They include the newly converted Hotel Castello di Mogona – formerly the home of Leopold II – which leads in at £779 for seven nights’ bed and breakfast.

“We have had demand for properties that have a extra element of romance and sophistication,” said Nealon.

Also new is extra self-catering accommodation in Tuscany and Umbria which includes the Castello Cortevecchio Apartments in Umbria.
