Travel Weekly will be undergoing a lot of change over the next two days, and those changes have started today on travelweekly.co.uk.
In case you hadn’t already noticed, both the look and content of the site have been transformed. As well as a new logo and a range of new colours, we have launched a daily news service to keep travel professionals up to date. Just go to travelweekly.co.uk/news to see the latest breaking stories and find out how they are developing.
We will also be launching a Travel Weekly blog. For those of you who are unsure what a blog is, it is a kind of online diary – Travel Weekly’s journalists and industry bloggers will be writing daily entries to tell you what’s going on in the trade and what we think about it. They’ll also be sharing gossip, tips, pictures and even video.
You’ll be able to leave comments on every entry, so the blog is also a place where the whole travel profession can air its views. If you have been to an event or been on a trip you wanted to tell others about then this is the place to do it. From Friday 3 November, join in at travelweekly.co.uk/blogs.
If it’s help at work you are after, don’t forget to visit the Travel Weekly forums and ask others for their advice. The rest of the site remains the same with features such as caught on camera, training academies and events.
Finally, for more transformation keep your eyes peeled for tomorrow’s Travel Weekly . . .
