Staff at branches in Oldham, Macclesfield, Stockport, Chestergate and Denton have signed up to the five-module training programme ahead of a roll-out across the group.
The course covers attractions and features in each state and guidance on how to put together itineraries to make sure customers get the most out of their holiday.
Oldham branch manager Keely Johnson said: “The course will help improve our knowledge of Australia, which is growing in popularity as a holiday destination.”
