Flymonarch.com has become the first European airline to offer consumers and travel agents the chance to pay for flights with PayPal.
PayPal speeds up the booking process by securely storing users’ details so there is no need to re-enter them with each new booking, said the airline.
Flymonarch.com managing director Liz Savage said: “This gives registered travel agents another flexible way to pay and manage their booking activity without having to rely on credit or debit sales,”
PayPal is owned by eBay and more than 15 million people in the UK have an account.
