Leger holidays is taking advantage of the trend towards traveller reviews by including Trip Advisor-style feedback and photographs in its new 2008 Experience Europe brochure.
The operator said featuring guests’ honest opinions and holiday snaps would improve customer loyalty and encourage repeat bookings.
Operations director Paul McTiernan said: “We’ve gone a step further than other companies by providing customers’ opinions. We were doing this before Trip Advisor came about and find it engenders a real loyalty factor.”
In addition, Leger has given the brochure a more personal feel by including photographs and advice from its team. In an extended Directors’ Choice section, company
directors join holidaymakers on trips to gain feedback, then offer resort tips and advice on their return.
As a result of this feedback, Leger has expanded its range of Scottish destinations, offering six-day breaks to Edinburgh, the Highlands and the Isle of Arran.
Portugal and the Danube have been added to its river cruise section and the Adriatic to its deep-sea cruising section.Door-to-door pick up is now available from £10 per person on holidays of 12 days or longer, while single supplements have been scrapped on 33 executive coach tours, saving guests up to £249 per person.
