Imaginative Traveller renames honeymoon brochure to emphasise adventure

Imaginative Traveller is renaming its honeymoons programme to broaden its appeal to anyone with a taste for adventure.

Marketing manager Hiedi Hutchinson said the 15 tours featured in the 2008/09 Special Adventures and Honeymoons brochure is being marketed to holidaymakers who want something a bit special.

She said: “Many people with something to celebrate – such as graduation, an anniversary or retirement – are looking for something out of the ordinary, so we’ve renamed it to open up the market.

“The programme isn’t exclusively for couples the trips would suit a family or a group of friends wishing to get away on their own to enjoy an exclusive private adventure.”

Prices lead in at £760 for a 14-day, half-board tour of Cuba but doesn’t include flights.
