Transocean Tours is promoting Marco Polo cruises out of Tilbury this year with a special agent offer after it saw trade business double over the last year.
Agents are being offered the chance to go on a six-night Marco Polo cruise with friends and family for £300 per person. The offer is valid for the first three Springtime Fjordland cruises, departing April 19, 25 and May 1 and includes port taxes and gratuities.
Cruise and Maritime Services International sales manager Michelle Daniels, who is also general sales agent for Transocean Tours in the UK, said sales had been boosted thanks to the fact Marco Polo was sailing out of the UK for the first time.
She added: “This is a completely different product to the big ships and has nine different itineraries out of the UK.”
