Twelve Hello Kitty-themed rooms have been unveiled at a Shangri-La hotel in Johor, Malaysia.
The first Asian hotel rooms dedicated to the Japanese cartoon character each have a unique design and feature its Sailor, Oz and Pink themes.
Some rooms include bunk-beds and all have Hello Kitty towels, bathrobes and stationery.
Hotel Jen, located at the Puteri Harbour, also has a kids’ entertainment room with table football, Playstation, and iMac access.
“These new rooms will make Hotel Jen Puteri Harbour, Johor the perfect destination for fans of this global pop icon,” said hotel general manager Paolo Campillo.
“Alongside eye-catching Hello Kitty in-room amenities, each room features a unique design and colourful illustrations to suit different moods and preferences.”
Available in Deluxe and Premier options, rates start at around £145 (800RM) per night.
