AIRLINK OFFERS DELEGATES FREE TRANSFER


World Travel Market delegates flying into London Heathrow, Gatwick or Stansted are being offered free travel into central London by coach firm Airlinks. Passengers will be dropped at Victoria coach station where they can take the Underground or taxi to Earl’s Court Exhibition Centre. To qualify, delegates must show their WTM pass to Airlink staff at the information desks within the airport terminal.


JUST A DROP APPEAL HOPES TO RAISE £62,000


World Travel Market organisers are aiming to raise £62,000 through Just A Drop – the travel industry’s own charity appeal. The money will be donated to the Red Cross to help support water projects in Cambodia and northwest Turkey. An auction is being held between 4pm and 5pm on Tuesday November 16 on the centre stage. NATIONAL EXPRESS OFFERS DISCOUNTED TRAVEL


National Express is offering World Travel Market delegates savings of up to 30% on the cost of their travel to London. The discounted travel to London’s Victoria coach station is valid from more than 1,200 departure points around the UK between November 13 and 19. Vouchers for the offer were included in the delegate packs distributed at the start of October.
